Form

What is a Form?

A form is an online document with spaces (called fields) in which the user can enter the data required in any process. Forms are made up of fields and are divided into sections for better readability. Forms collect information which is then passed on through the flow.

Forms consists of

  • Fields-Fields are individual pieces of data you want to collect. Zanflow forms have 10+different types of field to capture different kind of data .Example: 'Employee Name' is a field in a Leave Application Form.

  • Section-Section are a group of fields. They are helpful to divide the form into different parts. Example: 'Employee' ,'Manager Approval' and 'HR approval' are sections in a Leave Application Form.

  • Tab-Form can be split across tabs to collect information on different subjects. Example: 'Account Holder 1' and 'Account Holder 2' can be tab names in a Joint Account Application Form.
