Access Permission

Admin User can select who can initiate the process and who can view the reports and dashboards of the chosen process.

Initiator Group: This group can view the form, fill the form and submit for approval. This group will ideally be your employee users.

Reports Group: This group can view reports and download them. This group will ideally be your manager users.

Dashboard Group: This group can view the dashboard . This group will ideally be your higher management users.

Note: Groups are created in the User Management section. Refer User Management to create groups.

Click Save and Publish to start using the process application.

Now the process application is ready for use. When any employee user (belonging to initiator group) logs into his Inbox, he can initiate request by choosing the process application name.
