# Access Permission

**Initiator Group:** This group can view the form, fill the form and submit for approval. This group will ideally be your employee users.

**Reports Group:** This group can view reports and download them. This group will ideally be your manager users.

**Dashboard Group:** This group can view the dashboard . This group will ideally be your higher management users.

**Note:** Groups are created in the User Management section. Refer User Management to create groups.

Click **Save** and **Publish** to start using the process application.

Now the process application is **ready for use**. When any employee user (belonging to initiator group) logs into his **Inbox**, he can **initiate request** by choosing the process application name.
