# Edit Master
## Adding Manually
1. Click Add 
2. Enter the values by clicking into each cell.
3. Click Save 
## Importing from Excel
You can use the Import feature for adding large number of rows into the Master Data. This saves time and prevents manual error.
1. Click **import** button.
2. Choose the .xlsx file to import data from and click **Open**.
3. The values from the Excel will be appended or updated based on the primary key.

To make it easier, download the Master data into an Excel sheet ,make changes in Excel and Import it to the Master Data.
