Group Management

Admin users have access to Group Management tab in Zanflow.

Creating Group

  1. Go to Group Management tab.

  2. Click Group Add in the Group List.

  3. A popup appears. Enter the details

      • Group Name: Displays the Group name, to which users are later assigned.

      • Group ID: Displays the Group ID.

      • Description: Brief description about the Group.

Assigning User to Group

  1. Select a GroupName listed in the group list by clicking on it. Selected group will be highlighted.

  2. Click User Add In the User List column.

  3. A popup appears. Select the user from the drop down list.

  4. Click Add.

  5. You can see the added usernames in the User list.

Deleting Group

Delete the user in a particular group, by clicking Delete in UserList. You can delete the entire group by clicking the Delete icon in GroupList.
