Configuring Workflow Elements

You can give name for each step and assign it to a user or group.

Adding Step Name

  1. Click on the start event.

  2. On the right side, enter Step Name and Step Label in the General tab.

Note: Step Name should not contain any blank spaces or special characters.

Response tab

  1. Under Response Tab, you can choose the button you want to display in the form for the initiator.

  2. Choose Submit from the Step Response field.

  3. Click on submit to change the Response properties.

  4. Enable comments to make comments about the response mandatory for the initiator.

Add-on tab

By default, the user can view attachment, comments and history of the form.

You can deselect to hide it for the user in any step.

General tab--->Enter Step Name and Step Label
Add on tab
